Do you offer a free trial?
We don't need to offer a free trial because our Essentials plan is completely free with no monthly fee. You only pay a 2% platform fee on the sales you process. You can start processing transactions immediately after signing up with no time limitations.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Simply sign into your account and select the subscription plan change option.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes. We offer a discount to nonprofits. Contact our support team to learn more about our commitment to supporting nonprofits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Dinners Club. For enterprise customers on annual plans, we can support invoicing.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes, we do offer annual plans. Save 15% by signing up to an annual plan.
What if I go over my plan's limits?
If you go over your plan's monthly limits, we'll charge your credit card for the extra usage when you reach your billing threshold or at the end of the week, whichever comes first.
How is the platform fee calculated?
The platform fee is calculated as a percentage of sales that exceed your monthly included amount. For monthly plans, each month has a fresh allocation. For annual plans, you get the full annual allocation to use flexibly throughout your subscription year.
What happens if I exceed my monthly included sales?
If your sales exceed your monthly included amount, we'll apply the platform fee percentage to just the excess amount.
Do I need to pay payment processing fees separately?
Yes. Lana's platform fees are separate from any payment processing fees.
